Terrible Service

I used to love order up but apparently, I had just been getting lucky. Recently theres been several times where I never got my food, but they took my money. After a long process, around a week later I got my refund. This happened many times so Ive now given up on them. Dont use OrderUp its a toss up on whether or not youll get your food. But 10/10 times theyll take your money.
