Unfortunately frustrating

This app has consistently disappointed. There are regular long wait times while they "search for driver." The app crashes constantly while selecting certain items from menu while erasing the rest of your order. The few times Ive reached out for customer service Ive been basically brushed off and told "well your food got there eventually right?" I dont know whether mediocre is what theyre going for but unfortunately I have tried to support this app from its inception in my hometown but they either cannot keep up with demand or they just dont care that theyre not. Regardless it is annoying to constantly wonder whether the app will A. Work and/or B. Allow you to place your full order without it crashing and making you start from scratch over and over again until you eventually give up.
