OrderUp - Food Delivery App Reviews

Application is fine. Order options are great. NOT WORTH IT!!! Go pick up your own food. Placed order nearly TWO HOURS AGO and still dont have food. Wish I could cancel!!!!!!!!!! Oh but you cant - No number to call for updates, just the tracker which keeps changing. Could have gone and got the food 2 times by now. Crazy. Save yourself the frustration and dont go through this app.

Coupon codes never work, crashes a lot. So much trouble

Cool concept....but who wants to send an email when your food hasnt showed up 1.5 hours later. FAIL!!!!

This app is a nice concept but the execution leaves much to be desired. At times it takes over an hour just for the order to be assigned a driver. When this happens, there are no updates or apologies for the wait. Other times, the app cannot track the food because the restaurant uses its own delivery people. This is fine, but its misleading when OrderUp takes your money and has no accountability for the delivery process. This service could be greatly improved with better communication and accountability when issues arise.

I have never had an issue with order up! Great food and really great service! The fees are not bad at all! Remember someone is bringing food to your doorstep!!! Be kind and tip them or get carryout;)

- Cant edit/cancel orders or even addresses even one second after ordering - Bad tracking system - No timely response from customer service

They deliver a lot of great restaurants near me (Chipotle, Qdoba, etc.), and the app is easy to use.

When I try to change the address, pressing none does nothing, making the app unusable. At this point, just stop releasing updates. This app keeps becoming worse and worse with each update. EDIT: STILL an issue after most recent update. This app is terrible. You should feel embarrassed

I have tried three times now to place an order with this app and each time it refuses multiple payment options. I end up going to the actual website and paying an additional dollar. Very unhappy about the performance of this product. I cannot recommend it to others.

Tried to use the App for the first time after receiving an offer code in the mail. App says code is not valid... They just lost a potential customer.

Ive had no problems with the app like other reviewers. Ive got an iPhone 6s and was able to use Apple Pay right from the app. Works great!

This was so easy to use! Got exactly what I ordered (even with all the picky requests!) and it was delivered right on time. Love that I can watch where the car is too! Very cool.

The app itself is nice and easy to use, and includes a cool tracking feature. The food arrived in about 20 minutes which is great. However, the food we received was not what we ordered. There also isnt an easy way to provide feedback on the order thru the app. Maybe itll work better next time.

It constantly crashes so I havent been able to make an order but the app seems cool.

This is a great idea and I can get it to work. The only problem is they think you are Donald trump or something i want wendys or burger king its right up the street i dont mind the 2 dollar fee. But they only stuf they have listed is far out places that are expensive that u never even herd of what da heck is calz pizza?? I dont want dat trash where is taco bell at. U guys need to improve or just take this off the app store

The service is decent (as long as you dont mind your food to be on the Luke warm/cold side), the app on the other hand is awful. It never lets me use my card, which use to work fine and works fine on the website, the app never wants to load anything, and it crashes often. Its completely unusable. Seriously disappointing.

Communication could be better. But the food is on its way so...

I used to love order up but apparently, I had just been getting lucky. Recently theres been several times where I never got my food, but they took my money. After a long process, around a week later I got my refund. This happened many times so Ive now given up on them. Dont use OrderUp its a toss up on whether or not youll get your food. But 10/10 times theyll take your money.

This app has a lot of bugs. It freezes all of time and crashes even more.
