Cannot checkout and pay . App will not let you pay so its a waste of time

I love the service that OrderUp provides, especially for college and graduate students who may not have a lot of time on their hands. The apps stability, however, leaves something to be desired. There isnt a rhyme or reason as to why the app freezes all. the. time, but it just does. Restaurant hours and availability dont always update right away, either, which is annoying when youre hungry.

It took forever for them to "find a driver" and my order was incomplete. Im deleting the app and will never use again.

This app has consistently disappointed. There are regular long wait times while they "search for driver." The app crashes constantly while selecting certain items from menu while erasing the rest of your order. The few times Ive reached out for customer service Ive been basically brushed off and told "well your food got there eventually right?" I dont know whether mediocre is what theyre going for but unfortunately I have tried to support this app from its inception in my hometown but they either cannot keep up with demand or they just dont care that theyre not. Regardless it is annoying to constantly wonder whether the app will A. Work and/or B. Allow you to place your full order without it crashing and making you start from scratch over and over again until you eventually give up.

Ive ordered through them twice now and both times there was an issue. First time the driver went to a neighborhood in the opposite direction of mine. Saying they gave him the wrong address but my address is saved correctly in my profile on the site. So by the time he got to my house the food was cold. Second time(tonight) I put in the notes to please not ring the doorbell, children sleeping. He rang my doorbell. At least the food was warm. Moral of the story: I guess I shouldnt be lazy and just pick up my own food or cook. I wont be using Order Up again.

App is useless; does not function. I guess Ill be having salad for lunch, which is the only reason this app deserves a star.

Horrendous company. I have gotten the correct order under 1.5 hours maybe 50% of the time. At best. I have learned after multiple and repeatedly terrible experiences that it is more convenient to order myself and walk to pick up the food than it is to use this WORTHLESS service.

This app literally crashes every time I use it. Great restuarants and places to order, except the expensive delivery fees. But the crashes though...every single time!

Ive ordered food from here a few times when I dont feel like leaving the house and I love it! Food comes pretty quickly and is always good

Ive ordered from OrderUp a couple times now and can confidently say its the best food delivery app on the market right now. Tons of choices, quicker than Tapingo and easy to use. Definitely recommend

I use this app all the time. Very few hiccups (except me--I hiccup when I eat too quickly)

I regularly have problems with OrderUp. Aside from long wait times, the orders are constantly messed up, and there isnt consistency with their service. The app doesnt provide updated menus for places, and to top it off, it is incredibly overpriced. Tonight we got a meal adjusted because one entree was screwed up, and the new total came to over $20 for an entree that was around $10. Definitely not worth the price. Customer service doesnt seem terribly apologetic when theres a problem, theyre more like, "heres your refund." No heart and soul.

Couldnt even view restaurants to order from. Told I was entering a bad address. Pathetic. Unfortunately, the company I work for just started using OrderUp to provide a delivery option to our guests; Im afraid that on the rare occasion this app actually functions and allows them to place an order, something will go terribly wrong and end up tarnishing our reputation.
