Disappointing. Not worth it.

I regularly have problems with OrderUp. Aside from long wait times, the orders are constantly messed up, and there isnt consistency with their service. The app doesnt provide updated menus for places, and to top it off, it is incredibly overpriced. Tonight we got a meal adjusted because one entree was screwed up, and the new total came to over $20 for an entree that was around $10. Definitely not worth the price. Customer service doesnt seem terribly apologetic when theres a problem, theyre more like, "heres your refund." No heart and soul.
