Not covered in service area. No icon to uninstall. Blocking all info to this app since getting no help from support. Is this a scam to get my personal info.

I mean I tried to give you money and you wont take it. I guess you dont want it? No one should waste their time with this non-functioning app until its fixed. Also its way too expensive! Maybe ask eat24 how to do this correctly.

Quick and easy way to get food!

Its a pretty solid app. I havent utilise it often but when I do its just like grubhub. The selection isnt much but you get the essentials. I like it because of the conveniency of paying through Apple Pay. I feel as if that feature is one of the future. Not just with Apple but with all phones. Just wish I could order beer and pay with Apple Pay as well. That would be sweet. Drizzly needs to update their POS....

Came to advertise the app I downloaded It. The restaurant options they have are very crappy. Cheap food bad service salad was hot. Nothing fun or interesting about the app just order food from random places. Very disappointed sticking with Grub hub!

I used to be happy with this app but now seems like 45 minutes before I get my food e every time. And I tracked my driver is going off track towards getting my food or bring it more than once. Theres nothing you can do besides email support which by time they get to it my food has finally arrived. Grub hub seems to have some of the same food and more. Im uninstalling.

Used the app the first time on my iPad. Had major frustrations on trying to remove an item from the cart, wouldnt let me change the quantity from 1 to 0. Watch out, it doesnt have a zero option. Even tried holding down on the item on the cart list to see if anything would pop up to let me remove, nope. Whoever designed this app was really stupid and must have thought humans were infallible and never make mistakes or change their minds when ordering food. Who fails to put in a "remove item" function?! Also, had a lot of trouble trying to submit my order after all of these included side options and the add to cart button was still gray. Also, the service is email operated? And their FAQ doesnt include the answer/question to "How do I remove an item?" Will most likely delete this harebrained app.

So many bugs. If you have the incredible patience needed to get through checkout, youll get your food (with a lot of fees).

I am writing this as I am still waiting for my food. I ordered at 1140 AM and wanted a quick, easy lunch before I leave for work. At 1230 it said my driver had the food and was on my way. I literally live two blocks down the street from the restaurant (lazy, I know, but I was showering and getting ready for work). I watched the tracker and saw the driver get on the highway! Shes now heading towards the suburbs somewhere with my food! I called the restaurant, sent OrderUp an email, and now I have to leave for work with NO FOOD, NO REFUND, and Im very upset! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!

hey guys having "First Name" in the email field and wiping out all entries with an error is really a terrible design choice

This app is the worst for getting food to you they put different wait times the restaurant and it takes twice as long as oppose to just going and getting it yourself

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews - tried the app and everything worked as promised!! 5stars

Got the order wrong, charged me more, did nothing to fix it

When I selected delivery and tipped for a driver, I was expecting my food delivered, but as the restauranteur showed me when I got there, OrderUp knew what was best for me and decided it was a carry out order. My pizzas nice and cold, just like I hoped it would be when I ordered it. Thanks OrderUp!
