Cant remove items and cant submit

Used the app the first time on my iPad. Had major frustrations on trying to remove an item from the cart, wouldnt let me change the quantity from 1 to 0. Watch out, it doesnt have a zero option. Even tried holding down on the item on the cart list to see if anything would pop up to let me remove, nope.

Whoever designed this app was really stupid and must have thought humans were infallible and never make mistakes or change their minds when ordering food. Who fails to put in a "remove item" function?!

Also, had a lot of trouble trying to submit my order after all of these included side options and the add to cart button was still gray.

Also, the service is email operated? And their FAQ doesnt include the answer/question to "How do I remove an item?"

Will most likely delete this harebrained app.
